THE STORY 

APHRODITE rises the way its namesake did: out of shimmer. The mermaid bodice is encrusted entirely by hand — pearls, crystals and silver glass gathered dense as foam — before the gown releases below the hip into sheer embroidered lace, slit high and finished in a train. The neckline plunges within an illusion V, the straps barely-there. It is the most opulent register of the house: a gown constructed bead by bead, for occasions that come once. 

FABRIC & COMPOSITION 

Hand-encrusted pearl and crystal embroidery on tulle — 90% polyamide, 10% elastane; sheer embroidered lace skirt; partial lining 96% viscose, 4% elastane. 

STYLING NOTES 

Skin luminous, hair swept up, jewellery surrendered in advance. For grand galas, award evenings, and entrances with staircases. 

CARE 

Professional dry clean only, couture hand-beading specialist exclusively. Store boxed flat in acid-free tissue; the encrustation must never hang long-term. No iron, no direct steam.
