PSYCHE

THE STORY 

PSYCHE is worked on an illusion base the colour of skin, so that its ivory beaded plumes seem to grow from the bride herself. Feather-like appliqués of hand-set beadwork sweep across the body in wing strokes, gathering densely at the bodice and opening as they descend the mermaid line into the train. The neckline plunges within the sheer, the long transparent sleeves are traced with the same winged embroidery, and the back is left open like something just unfastened. It is a gown about metamorphosis — the moment a woman rises from one life into the next. 

FABRIC & COMPOSITION 

Beaded embroidery and appliqué on nude illusion tulle — 90% polyamide, 10% elastane; bodice lining 96% viscose, 4% elastane. 

STYLING NOTES 

Nothing at the neck, nothing at the wrist — the embroidery is the jewellery. Hair loose or barely held. For candlelit vows and rooms that fall silent. 

CARE 

Professional bridal-couture dry clean only, hand-beading specialist. Preserve boxed in acid-free tissue; do not hang by the straps. Steam at a distance, never touch the beads with heat.
