PERLE

THE STORY 

PERLE is eveningwear composed as a duet. The cropped jacket is beaded over its whole surface in black glass and pearl, tailoring turned into treasure; below, a fishtail skirt follows the body to the knee and opens in a flourish of movement. Between the two pieces, a measured line of skin keeps the composition modern. Worn together they are formal enough for any invitation; separated, the jacket has been known to elevate denim to couture. Pearls, after all, go with everything — including audacity. 

FABRIC & COMPOSITION 

Jacket: hand-beaded glass and pearl embroidery on structured velvet — 63% polyester, 32% viscose, 5% elastane, satin lined. Skirt: sculpting double velvet — 95% polyester, 5% elastane, lined. 

STYLING NOTES 

Pearl studs to keep the theme; a black sandal beneath the flare. For galas, fashion dinners, and evenings where the dress code says black tie and the guest says more. 

CARE 

Both pieces professional dry clean only, beaded specialist for the jacket. Store the jacket flat in tissue; hang the skirt. Never iron the beadwork.
