MORPHO
THE STORY
MORPHO is the House's metamorphosis rendered in cloth — a gown caught mid-transformation. Across the bodice, hand-placed amber, ochre and tortoise stones trace the anatomy of a butterfly at the very moment of emergence, its wings folding around the waist before releasing into a fluid, floor-sweeping skirt of iridescent copper. The colour shifts as the wearer moves, the way late light moves across ploughed earth. Beaded seams travel the full length of the gown like the veins of a wing, gathering at a soft train that follows a half-step behind.
FABRIC & COMPOSITION
Iridescent silk chiffon over a chiffon underlay — 100% silk chiffon shell; 95% viscose, 5% elastane lining. Hand-embroidered glass and resin stonework on tulle base.
STYLING NOTES
A piece that asks for restraint elsewhere: hair drawn away from the shoulders, a bare ear or a single drop of amber, and a pointed sandal in black or bronze. For gala evenings, red-carpet occasions, and the guest who intends to be remembered.
CARE
Professional dry clean only, by a specialist accustomed to hand-beaded couture. Store hanging in a breathable garment bag, beadwork resting free of pressure; never fold. Keep from prolonged direct sunlight.
