NOCTURNE

THE STORY 

NOCTURNE is black crepe engineered into negative space. A halter line holds the column from the neck, leaving the shoulders and arms to the evening; along the torso, the sides are opened in sculpted intervals, and the back resolves into crossing straps drawn with a draughtsman's precision. What remains of the fabric fits closely and falls cleanly to the floor. The dress works the way constellations do — it is defined as much by what is absent as by what is drawn, and it asks the wearer to be the brightest point in it. 

FABRIC & COMPOSITION 

Sculpting double crepe — 95% polyester, 5% elastane; body lined in satin-touch jersey 96% viscose, 4% elastane. 

STYLING NOTES 

No necklace — the straps are the jewellery. A thin-heeled sandal and a cuff at one wrist complete it. For modern galas, summer black-tie, and cities that stay awake. 

CARE 

Professional dry clean only. Hang by the internal loops to spare the halter. Cool steam; the crepe rewards patience.
